ABOUT ME
Nima Ataei is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and innovator with a unique journey shaped by a love for music, leadership, and helping others. Born in Iran and immigrating to the U.S. at age 9, Nima mastered the violin and performed with the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra before dedicating himself to pharmacy. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Affairs, becoming a respected voice in the field.
Nima has spoken at leading institutions like the University of Sydney and Ohio State University, sharing insights on healthcare and leadership. He founded LeaderSeat, the Hour Invite Podcast, and the 2020WonVision Web Series to inspire personal and professional growth. In his ongoing pursuit of healthcare innovation, Nima also established Pharther Health, a premier health consultancy dedicated to integrating pharmacist expertise into physician practices. Through Pharther Health, he aims to enhance patient outcomes, optimize medication management, and foster seamless, collaborative care that benefits both providers and patients.
Recognized with awards for leadership and innovation, Nima also pioneered live podcasts for the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists and hosted on the ASHP Practice Journey Podcast. His work reflects a passion for growth, innovation, and creating meaningful change in people’s lives.
