It spanned an entire year and featured numerous episodes with healthcare professionals who shared their experiences and insights into how they advanced their professions in a year of unprecedented challenges. The impact of this series was profound, shedding light on the resilience and innovation within the healthcare community during a pivotal time.

LeaderSeat: "LeaderSeat" is my brainchild—a premier platform for exploring innovation and progress. This initiative is dedicated to providing valuable resources for individuals seeking to unlock their creative potential, achieve personal and professional growth, and make a lasting impact. Through LeaderSeat, I aim to guide both current and aspiring leaders in realizing their full potential.

I'm particularly proud of creating and hosting the first-ever live podcast at the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP) Annual Conference.
